1. What happened, I used to be on CounterSpyNews?

In October 2008, CounterSpyNews became SunbeltSecurityNews. To manage your subscription, use the link at the bottom of the SunbeltSecurityNews newsletter. Please note the following:

If you have a spam filtering program that lets you create "white list" entries (to avoid having mail that you want tagged as spam), enter the new address do_not_reply@sunbeltsecuritynews.com in your list of allowed senders so you won't have any interruption in receiving the newsletter. Also the sending address of the server is 64.128.133.145.

2. I am still not receiving SunbeltSecurityNews or my subscription has stopped. Why?

Some Internet Service Providers may block our emails from being delivered to you. If you think this is the case, we recommend that you subscribe with a different email address or perhaps with a free email account such as Hotmail or Yahoo.

SunbeltSecurityNews is not blocked by these free email services. You can register your alternate address here at the top of this page.

3. Whenever I try to subscribe, I get this message: "The email (your email) is already a member of SunbeltSecurityNews. Please try again"

This means that your email address is already in our database. Since each email address can be subscribed only once, more than likely our newsletter is being blocked (see question #2 above).

4. I subscribed at your website and still have not received my confirmation email.

Again, this is most likely due to your ISP filtering your email. See questions 2 and 3 above.

5. I use Eudora and your newsletter doesn't show up correctly. Why?
